Murphy reads your billing provider through credentials you grant, re-derives what your invoices should have said, and reports where that disagrees with what you charged. It is a monitoring service. It does not process payments, issue invoices, or write to your billing account.

Murphy reports what it can derive from the objects your provider exposes. It will not catch every billing error, and a run that produces no findings is not a certification that your billing is correct.

A finding is information, not advice. Whether to bill, credit or refund on the back of one is your decision, and tax and accounting consequences are yours.

You are responsible for the credentials you grant and for revoking them when you stop. Do not connect an account you are not authorized to connect.

You keep every right in your data. Granting access is a licence to read it in order to run the service, and nothing more.

Plans are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel at any time from inside the application, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no notice period and no cancellation call.

Volume limits count billing events. Going over does not stop the service; you will hear about it and can move tiers.

You can leave whenever you like. Revoking Murphy's key in your own dashboard is sufficient and does not require our cooperation.

If Murphy stops operating you get thirty days' notice, an export, and a deletion confirmation.

Murphy is provided as-is, and liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim. A service that tells you about money cannot underwrite the money.
